First-graders pose with creations they made for the 100th day of school.

“First-graders love keeping their school ‘environmentally green!’” said Madonna Klimes, first-grade teacher. “Our service project has been recycling for the year. Each week they pick up and sort paper, cardboard and plastic throughout the school. It’s wonderful to see the first-graders (and their families) working so hard in taking care of the world God created!”
