DAVENPORT — “In The Name of Peace: A Community Gathering” will be held from 5-6 p.m. Sunday, May 17, at Temple Emanuel, 1115 Mississippi Blvd. in Davenport.
This community gathering will provide reflection on the human costs of war and the need to make peace. Peace is a deliberate choice that requires intention, planning and action, and this event will offer participants opportunities for community action to promote peace.
