Bettendorf/Davenport — Grief in the Holidays, a program that focuses on caring for self, identifying priorities and memorializing loved ones, will be held at 10 a.m. Nov. 9 at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Bettendorf in the gathering space; 6:30 p.m. Nov. 10 at Genesis West in the Pavilion Two conference room in Davenport; and 1 p.m. Nov. 17 in the Vianney room at St. John Vianney Parish in Bettendorf. Camanche — Church of the Visitation, at 1028 Middle Road in Camanche, will hold its annual holiday bazaar on Sunday, Nov. 15 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. It will include a quilt raffle, bake sale, silent auction, holiday items and local arts and crafts. Luncheon includes homemade soups, hot sandwiches, desserts and more. The public in welcome, and there is no admission charge.

Clinton — Prince of Peace Auxiliary will host a luncheon and country store at St. Boniface Hall Nov. 7 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children ages 5-12 and free for children younger than 5. Menu includes hot chicken casserole, salads and desserts.

Davenport — St. Alphonsus Parish’s Altar & Rosary Society will be hosting a craft show on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2618 Boies Ave. Cost is $25 per table for both days. Luncheon will be available for purchase.  Contact Linda Hennes at (563) 322-2298 for more information or to register.

Davenport — St. Mary Parish’s 37th annual bazaar will take place at Sixth and Fillmore streets the weekend of Nov. 14-15. Saturday the event will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Tickets cost $6. On Sunday, the event will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., including an authentic Mexican breakfast. Tickets cost $6. A bake sale, raffle, trash and treasure, knitting items, sewing items and Christmas booth will be featured. Proceeds go to the church.

Davenport — A Theology on Tap event for young adults will take place at Phil & Larry’s Saloon, 4811 N Brady St., at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12. Micah Kiel, a professor at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, will speak about the “bad girls” of the Bible. Davenport — Our Lady of Victory Parish and John F. Kennedy Catholic School will host a Christmas Carousel Bazaar at 1627 W. 42nd St. on Saturday, Nov. 7 from  8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The bazaar features unique holiday, handmade crafts, Christmas ornaments, baskets, a children’s room with all items under $5, pictures, linens, woods, doll clothes, toys, autumn items, a candy shop, bake shop and an American Doll raffle. Breakfast and lunch will be served. A $1,000 grand prize and five additional cash prizes will be awarded.

Farmington — St. Boniface Church will host a  fall feather party and bingo Nov. 15. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Bingo starts at 12:30 p.m.; play for a Thanksgiving turkey. The event also includes a raffle and door prizes. Sunday Mass is at 10:30 a.m.

Fort Madison — The Altar & Rosary Society at Holy Family Parish will host its holiday bazaar Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Roling Hall. Homemade soups, sandwiches, desserts and drinks will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Baked goods will be available. Crafts and toys will also be on sale.

Keokuk — All Saints Parish will host a bazaar and turkey, biscuit and gravy dinner on Sunday, Nov. 8 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Keokuk Catholic School gym and cafeteria. The school is  located at 2981 Plank Road in Keokuk. Dinner tickets cost $8 for adults and $3 for students in sixth grade and under. 

Keota — Holy Trinity Parish’s harvest dinner will be served Sunday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Mary Parish Center. Menu includes turkey, ham, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, coleslaw, salads and desserts. Homemade candy and other items will be for sale. Raffles will be held. Tickets will be available at the door.

Marengo — St. Patrick Parish will host a spaghetti supper and quilt raffle Sunday, Nov. 8, from 3-7 p.m. at the parish center, 957 Western Ave. Cost for adults is $7 in advance or $8 at the door. Cost for children ages 6-10 is $3. Carryouts are available by calling ahead at (319) 542-5438.

Muscatine — A breakfast will take place Sunday, Nov. 8, from 8-11 a.m. in Gannon Hall. Menu includes pancakes, sausage, eggs, juice and coffee. Donation is $5 for adults and $3 for children younger than 5. Proceeds go toward sending youths to the National Catholic Youth Conference.

North English — St. Joseph Catholic Church’s fall dinner will be Sunday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Menu includes grilled pork, grilled chicken breast, green beans, baked potato, salads, roll, dessert and drink. Carryout orders are available. Freewill offerings will be accepted. The dinner will include a country store.

Tipton — St. Mary Parish will host a Christmas bazaar Nov. 14 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Crafts, a cookie walk and food stand will be featured. Menu includes chicken noodle soup, chili, ham sandwiches and homemade pies. St. Mary’s is located at 209 Mulberry St.
