In August, daycare will begin opening earlier

Starting late this summer, the Holy Trinity Daycare will be expanding its hours to accommodate more families in the surrounding area.

Previously the daycare operated from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.; starting Aug. 2 the hours will be expanded to 6:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. The decision to open earlier will allow parents who work in neighboring communities enough time to commute to and from work while still using Holy Trinity Daycare.

The daycare provides care for children ages 2 to 4. Children who attend preschool are escorted by the daycare staff to and from preschool each day.

A daily schedule of free play, group activities, outdoor play, circle and story time, art, music and rest time is followed. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are provided to the daycare children.

Holy Trinity offers a school-age care program for children ages 5 to 8. Care is offered before and after school, on early outs and on days when school is not in session. The new hours will allow students enrolled in this program to attend earlier as well.
