Prince of Peace College Preparatory is ranked 16th in the University of Iowa’s Belin-Blank Center for Gifted Education, which recognizes the Top 50 AP (Advanced Placement) Schools in Iowa.

The ranking is based on May 2009 AP exams and graduation data. Prince of Peace Prep is the school with the smallest graduating class in the top 50.

The Iowa AP Index is an indicator of Advanced Placement opportunities for Iowa students. It recognizes accredited public and non-public Iowa high schools for providing AP opportunities and applauds students for their willingness to step up to the academic challenge.

In 2009, 218 high schools offered at least one AP exam.
