St. Joe’s meets with public schools

The administration and staff of St. Joe’s have been working together with that of Central Community Schools of Clinton County.

St. Joe’s has embarked on a three-to-five year journey of professional development in the area of differentiated instruction. In January 2010, representatives all met together for the first time. Since then they have been meeting one or two times per month for large group and small group instruction provided by AEA9.

They are often given the time to work together. This part has been wonderful — administrators and staffers share curriculum, instructions, practices, treats and a few laughs. What a wonderful unity with colleagues. After all, everyone is working for what’s best for the students!
