DAVENPORT — All boys and girls in grades two to eight are invited to participate in the local level of competition for the 2011 Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge. The local competition will be held Sept. 10 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Davenport Soccer Fields near Eldridge.
All contestants on the local level will be recognized for their participation in the event and compete in their respective age divisions. Competition forms will be available at the field on the day of the event. The field where the competition will be held will be posted under the concession stand pavilion.
In addition, all boys and girls ages 10 to 14 placing first in their age divisions will be eligible to compete in the higher levels of competition.
