Scholarships, test scores show graduates are set for college

Eighty-six percent of the 2011 Holy Trinity graduates who took the ACT scored at or above 20, the state’s predictor of college success.

In English and science, 90 percent of HTC students scored at least 20. Thus far, 14 percent of students from the class of 2012 who have taken the ACT have scored in the top 1 percent of the nation.

Holy Trinity was notified of its ACT assessment by the Midwest regional office in Chicago.

The class of 2011 was offered scholarships and assistance in excess of $1.5 million, of which more than $587,000 was accepted.
