FAIRFIELD – St. Mary Parish will host Lynn Cooper of Pella, who will be giving her only Iowa Christmas concert Dec. 4 at 4 p.m.
St. Mary Church is located at 3100 W. Madison Ave. There are no tickets, but a freewill offering will be taken.
Cooper began her musical career as an 11-year-old singing on local television in her home state of Nebraska. She later studied medicine at Creighton University in Omaha, but felt a calling to return to Christian music.
She has released four albums and has been a featured artist for World Youth Day. She has been featured on EWTN’s “Life on the Rock” and is one of eight American artists chosen for Vatican Radio.
Over the past eight years, Cooper has shared testimony and music throughout the United States. She is married and has two children.
