Daycare takes advantage of new space

Child care services at John F. Kennedy Catholic School received their own dedicated space during the recent building project.

Students at John F. Kennedy Catholic School's daycare have plenty of indoor space to enjoy.

With more than 2,000 square feet, the daycare provides plenty of indoor space for centers and allows the school to fulfill its mission to address the needs of the youngest members of the parish and community.  New playground equipment that is specifically designed for 3-5-year-olds and contained in a large area on Our Lady of Victory’s 11.5 acres provides plenty of outdoor space as well.

The year-round daycare services at JFK are currently staffed by two state-certified teachers.  Partnering with the preschool curriculum, JFK’s daycare teachers provide at least two formal lessons each day and begin familiarizing the children with a school environment.

JFK’s daycare operates from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every day. The rate is $125 per week for parishioners of Our Lady of Victory and $150 for other families. Space is still available for this winter/spring and summer.
