To the Editor:
When we pray for vocations, do we think of the 25,000 vocations sitting on the sidelines ready and willing to serve? We bring married Anglican priests into the Church all the time. Why not use our own?
When the Vatican fails to act, it is up to lay Catholics to lead.
If you feel as I do, drop the pope a note urging him to use the talents of these men. Remind him that fortune favors the bold, not the timid.
