CLINTON – On March 15, 16 and 17, the Prince of Peace Players will present Walt Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast, Jr.” at Prince of Peace Catholic School.

The classic tale follows a spoiled prince who is changed into a beast after refusing to provide shelter for an old woman in exchange for a rose. The old woman is really a beautiful princess and showed the Beast not to be deceived by appearances, because beauty is from within.

The Prince of Peace Players consist of 43 fourth- through 12th-grade students performing dances and songs that include “Be our Guest,” “Belle,” “Home” and “Gaston.”

March 15 is a dinner theater catered by the Corner Deli. Cost for dinner and admission is $16 per person. Seating begins at 5:45 p.m. Dinner is served at 6 p.m., followed by the show at 7 p.m.  Reservations must be made by March 9 by calling (563) 242-1663.
