OXFORD – The youth group of St. Mary’s in Oxford and St. Peter’s in Cosgrove welcomes people to Mardi Gras 2013 on Saturday, Feb. 9.
This night starts with Mass at St. Mary Auditorium in Oxford at 4 p.m. Food will be served from 5-7 p.m. Cost is $10 for adults, $7 for seventh- to 12th-graders, $5 for kindergarteners to sixth-graders, and free for children 4 and younger. Starting at 5:30 p.m. there will be bingo, a children’s carnival, cake walk and games. One-hundred $50 raffle tickets will be sold. Contact Maricarla Rohret at (319) 530-6915 or Kris Petersen at (319) 936-1827 to get a ticket.
All proceeds will help youths attend the National Catholic Youth Conference in November.
