Business to give revenue to Bettendorf parish

Giving back to the community is something Kody Buri and his business partner Duke Nguyen plan to do in their new business venture together.
Buri and Nguyen came to the United State from Vietnam about 20 years ago. “I was fortunate enough to receive a higher education and the opportunity to succeed,” said Buri, a member of Sacred Heart Cathedral in Davenport.
The two are celebrating the grand opening of the new business venture together — Yourtopia, a frozen yogurt eatery. During the first week at the new Bettendorf business, the duo is designating 100 percent of the revenue from March 21-27 to St. John Vianney Parish in Bettendorf. That money will be used for a Kids Against Hunger event.
