St. Mary’s Church in West Point, IA is seeking a Parish Administrator who will coordinate various parish activities in conjunction with the Pastor, Parish staff members, Parish Council, Finance Council and any other committees delegated by the Pastor. A successful candidate should be a practicing Catholic who demonstrates knowledge and appreciation of the Catholic Church and understand the mission and vision of the Church as well as St. Mary’s culture. Previous marketing/communication experience is desired and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter, excellent written and verbal communication, and must be creative in developing strategies that will enhance the parishioners love and commitment of St. Mary’s.
