St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church is seeking a full-time Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry. The ideal candidate is a faith-filled, energetic and creative individual who will foster a spirit of enthusiasm concerning youth and young adult ministry. We are looking for someone who has the ability to share their love of Christ with our teenagers and young adults in a way that will challenge them to reflect more deeply on their faith and inspire them to become intentional disciples. Primary responsibilities will include providing a comprehensive youth ministry program for high school youth that is rooted in the 8 components of youth ministry. This person will also mentor a young adult ministry team. The successful candidate is someone who has a deep faith in God, a mature spiritual life, and is an active member of the Catholic Church. Applicants should also possess excellent people skills. A bachelor’s degree in Theology and Youth Ministry is preferred, but associated fields are acceptable. Previous youth ministry experience is desired.
