The CCHD/CRS Rice Bowl Board met at St. Patrick Parish in Iowa City June 27 to review grant requests for the 25 percent local share of these two annual diocesan collections.  Between the two collections, about $50,000 was raised in the diocese.
The Catholic Campaign for Human Development collection is taken up in November. The local share available for distribution within the diocese was $9,500.
