WHEATLAND — Our Lady of the Prairie Retreat invites people to the following events.
On Sept. 1 at 5 p.m. is a Taize Vigil Service, with supper following. Freewill offerings will be accepted.
On Sept. 4 from 10 a.m. to noon is a mini retreat. Mass is at 10 a.m., followed by various programs and lunch. Fee: $8.
On Sept. 10 from 6:30–8:30 p.m. is “Teaching Children to Live as Jesus Lived” with Sister Roberta Brich, CHM. Learn to help children cooperate, take responsibility and promote family peace. Fee: $15.
On Sept. 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. is “Come to the Quiet.” Fee: $20.
