Provides fundraising leadership and coordination in the identification, cultivation, nurturing, solicitation and stewardship of current and prospective donors at the president’s club gift level to meet St. Ambrose’s needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to manage a portfolio of annual leadership donors and volunteers by preparing and implementing strategic plans for individualized giving relationships. Participates as a member of the Advancement gift officer team with shared responsibility for institutional events, volunteer management, systems management, computer systems, and office morale.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-3 years successful fundraising or closely related experience. Must demonstrate team-building skills and outstanding interpersonal communication skills; must be an energetic self-starter who is willing to travel extensively throughout the region of Iowa and Illinois.
