Davenport — Eagles’ Wings is hosting SWAP (Soaking With a Purpose) prayer meetings Friday, May 9 and Friday, May 23 at 7 p.m. They are also hosting a Healing Mass Tuesday, May 13 at 1 p.m.

Davenport — Sacred Heart Cathedral’s May Healing Mass will be held May 16. Confessions start at 6 p.m., praise music at 6:30 p.m., Mass at 7:15 p.m.

Davenport — The Sisters of Humility invite the general public to pray with them at 11:40 a.m. Wednesdays during a special Mass for peace. It will be celebrated in the Magnificat Chapel at the Humility of Mary Center, 820 W. Central Park Ave.

Davenport — Sacred Heart Cathedral is hosting a pancake breakfast May 18 after 9 a.m. Mass. $8/person, under 5 free. Proceeds will benefit their planned parish hall. Sponsored by Sacred Heart Knights of Columbus.

Mount Pleasant —Irish tenor Mark Forrest will perform, “Come Walk with Me” with pianist John Paul Kaplan, May 9 at 7 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 607 S. Jackson St. He also will offer an evening of meditation “A Moment in Time” on May 12 at 7 p.m. Admission is a free will offering. Forrest has traveled the globe and started Faith and Family Foundation that supports people and families with special needs. Tickets for the May 9 event are $15 for adults and $5 for students.
