Nonviolence skills class June 14

CLINTON — The Sisters of St. Francis will host an all-day nonviolence skills workshop on Saturday June 14 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at The Canticle, 843 13th Ave. North. The workshop will be led by the Meta Peace Team, a group created with the intention of planning, training and deploying peace teams where invited, both domestically and internationally, and to create a space for conflict resolution ideas. Participants in the workshop will explore nonviolence in the “big picture” and gain practice in specific skills and tools useful to conflict intervention.
