Columbus Junction — A bilingual Healing Mass will take place at St. Joseph Church Sept. 5. Confessions will be heard 6 to 6:45 p.m., Mass at 7 p.m., and eucharistic adoration and prayers for healing following Mass.
Davenport — Sacred Heart Parish is hosting a Healing Mass, Aug. 22. Confessions start at 6 p.m., praise music at 6:30 p.m., Mass at 7:10 p.m.
Rock Island, Ill. — On Aug. 16, Sacred Heart Parish will offer a Day of Prayer in Honor of the Lady of All Nations. The program will begin at 9 a.m. The day will include Mass, a presentation, eucharistic adoration, the rosary, and a solemn consecration to Our Lady.
Davenport — The annual St. Alphonsus retreat will take place Sept. 15 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the church. The theme is “A God of Renewal and Passion for His Church.” The cost is $10, and includes a light lunch and beverages. Clinton — Emily Brabham, candidate with the Sisters of St. Francis and the Director of Youth Ministry at St. Francis Xavier Parish in La Grange, Ill., will make a presentation at The Canticle Aug. 28 at 6:30 p.m. She will focus on the different forms of povery she encountered while on a mission immersion trip to Nairobi, Kenya.

Davenport — St. Alphonsus Parish is hosting a parish festival Aug. 23 from 5 to 9 p.m. Concession stand, children and adult games, inflatables, a raffle, country store and entertainment will be offered.
