Clinton — The Franciscan Peace Center will continue its monthly Social Justice Film Fest Jan. 14 with a showing of “In Plain Sight.” The movie starts at 6:30 p.m. at The Canticle. In Plain Sight is a documentary featuring six modern-day abolitionists as they fight sex trafficking across America. In the midst of the darkness, stories of hope and freedom emerge as survivors share how they were impacted through the work of a sex trafficking aftercare home. The event is free and open to the public.

Davenport — St. Paul the Apostle Parish is hosting a grief ministry for those enduring any type of hurt. The group meets on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. in McEleney Hall.
