Davenport — Jason Evert, founder of the Chastity Project, will speak at Our Lady of Victory Parish-Daven­port on April 28. In his first presentation from 6-7:15 p.m., he will speak to parents about how to prepare children for purity. Teens can enjoy a pizza dinner during that time slot. A presentation for teens, “Love or Lust?” will take place from 7:30-9:30 p.m. and includes confession, adoration and music. Parents are encouraged to attend the teen talk as well.

Davenport — St. Paul the Apostle Parish is hosting a grief ministry for those enduring any type of hurt. The group meets on Thursdays at 6 p.m. in McEleney Hall. Davenport — Eagles’ Wings is hosting a Pentecost preparation retreat day May 10 at 9:30 a.m. The day will end with Mass at 1 p.m. Bring a sack lunch. There is no cost to attend and no need to register in advance.

Davenport — St. Paul the Apostle Parish-Davenport is hosting a Film Festival in April. Each Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. in the parish’s Denning Hall, guests can bring a lawn chair or blanket and watch a faith-themed movie. The final movie is April 28, “The Mission” (PG). No cost to attend.
