Clinton — Franciscan Peace Center’s ongoing Film Festival continues May 19 with “Welcome to Shelbyville.” The film focuses on how African-American and white residents of a small town learn to integrate with a growing Latino and Muslim population. The event starts at 6:30 p.m.; no cost to attend.
