Davenport — The office hours for the Diocese of Davenport and The Catholic Messenger will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. effective Dec. 1, 2016. This change is made in response to the revised Fair Labor and Standards Act and to better meet the needs of visitors. Appoint-ments should be made in advance for the noon to 1 p.m. time period when possible.
