Parshall has appeared on several television and radio programs and has been featured in People magazine. A graduate of Carroll College in Wisconsin, she has been appointed twice by former Wisconsin Governor Tommy Thompson to the Wisconsin Women’s Council and the Governor’s Commission on Families and Children.
