OSKALOOSA — The Board of My Father’s House, Inc., and KMFH-LP Oskaloosa Catholic radio station 95.7 FM hosted a meeting of Catholic radio broadcasters in the Diocese of Davenport on Oct. 19.

The gathering opened with a blessing from Father John Spiegel, pastor of St. Mary Parishes in Oskaloosa and Pella. Discussions included topics such as the logistics of running a nonprofit station, assisting the diocese’s Vision 20/20 initiative and strengthening Catholic radio as a tool of evangelization in the communities served.

Organizers plan a meeting in the spring of 2020 with a location and date to be announced later
