Deacon David Montgomery, while remaining as the Director of Communication and Chancellor for the Diocese of Davenport and in diaconal parish assignments at St. Peter Parish, Cosgrove, and St. Mary Parish, Oxford, relieved as Director of the Diaconate for the Diocese of Davenport, and appointed to Chief of Staff for the Curia (Chancery).
Deacon Terry L. Starns, pending permission of the Archbishop of Milwaukee, assigned to serve as Director of the Diaconate for the Diocese of Davenport and as Parish Life Coordinator of St. Andrew Parish, Blue Grass.
