Star Wars fan pans review errors

To the Editor:
After reading your movie reviews of Jan. 14, the question arises, who does them? Evidently someone who has not seen the previous Star Wars movies. As a mother and grandmother I have seen these movies more times than I can count. Two things I am sure of:
1: Han Solo is not a Jedi Warrior. He is a smuggler usually in trouble.
2: Princess Leia, now General Leia, is not his sister. Her twin brother is Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill). The Force Awakens movie leads you to believe that Han and Leia have a son, Ben, who is now a member of the Dark Side.
The new movie brings laughter, great special effects and more questions than answers. It leaves the moviegoers trying to figure out what clues they may have missed and knowing they will have to wait a couple of years to find answers.
In the future, I think more research would be in order when reviewing a continuing saga. You can’t be credible when you have messed up two of the three main characters.
