Coralville — St. Thomas More Parish’s Stephen Ministry is hosting a talk on substance abuse and addiction March 31 at 7 p.m. at the parish. Speaker Christina Sowers, a licensed substance abuse counselor, will share information on how addiction develops and the challenges of recovery.
