Rev. Stephen J. Witt, while remaining as Campus Minister for the Newman Center, relieved of present assignment as administrator of St. Mary Parish, Iowa City, and assigned as pastor of St. Mary Parish, Iowa City.
Rev. Martin G. Goetz, while remaining as pastor of SS. John and Paul, Burlington, and assigned as pastor of SS. Mary and Patrick Parish, West Burlington and St. Mary Parish, Dodgeville, appointed as Dean of the Keokuk Deanery.
Rev. Msgr. James, F. Parizek, JCL, VF, relieved as Dean of the Davenport Deanery, to retirement.
Very Rev. David F. Wilkening, VF, relieved as Dean of the Keokuk Deanery, to assignment as pastor of St. Patrick Parish, Marengo, St. Joseph, North English, and St. Mary, Williamsburg.
Rev. Joseph M. Wolf, while remaining as pastor of Our Lady of the River Parish, LeClaire and pastor of Church of the Visitation, Camanche, appointed as Dean of the Davenport Deanery.
