Clinton — Franciscan Peace Center’s ongoing Film Festival continues Aug. 18 with “Life in a day.” The film focuses Life in a Day is a user-generated, feature-length documentary shot on a single day — July 24, 2010, using more than 80,000 videos submitted to YouTube. Burlington — The parishes of Des Moines County will offer a Red, White and Blue Mass Aug. 15 at 7 p.m. at St. John Church.
