Davenport — Eagles’ Wings, 5816 Telegraph Rd., is hosting an Advent Retreat Day Dec. 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The theme is “waiting with expectancy.”
Participants will have time for learning more about waiting, quiet time for prayer and meditation as well as sharing. Adoration of the Blessed Sacra-ment is at noon and closing Mass is at 1 p.m. Reconciliation is available. Bring your Bible and a sack lunch. A free-will offering will be accepted.
